Snapdragons opened its first nursery in Atworth in 1998 in response to local demand for high-quality full daycare. They developed an excellent local reputation and have since expanded into Bath and Bristol occupying nine locations. We undertook a full rebranding exercise, ensuring they are positioned at the forefront of childcare services, raising awareness, and ensuring that all internal and external communications generated by each nursery are consistent and thought through.
Specialising in architectural projects we created an identity and website for this small start-up business. We used the initials from his name to graphically communicate the interior and exterior aspects of his profession. Simple but clever.
We have been working with the award winning local retailer Moss of Bath for nearly ten years. We were initially asked to review their marketing material before undertaking a full rebranding of their business, positioning them as the premier retailer in the area. From their corporate identity to local advertising campaigns, brochures, vans and window graphics we have completed over 75 separate projects.
A small group of expert craftsmen with a big reputation and almost no visual presence. We created a new identity, along with a website and marketing material to enable them to reach a broader target audience in a surprisingly competitive market.
We were asked to develop the name and subsequently the branding for a company writing music for film and television. As the company developed and diversified we worked on several more identities for distance learning courses.
What is the one thing an accountant should have? A good head for numbers. With that thought we created an identity - a portrait of the owner in numerals - that set them apart visually and encapsulated a unique spirit.
IT Consultants with a strong background in the power and construction industries in the UK and Europe.
Evolution not revolution was the order of the day here. We were asked to modernise the existing logo and re-evaluate the design, colour scheme and fonts in order to bring the company's printed material to a level that reflected its position in the marketplace.
Invisalign is a company producing near invisible removable teeth aligners. When it updated all of its marketing material, we were asked by Doner, their main agency, for assistance in producing design and artwork solutions for a number of brochures, mailers and leaflets.
We met the owner of this company many years ago when she was an employee in a large architectural practice. When she decided to set up her own business she tracked us down with only a partially remembered name to go on. We're glad she did, she's one of the nicest people we've ever worked with. So far, we have created her corporate identity, website and Christmas cards.
Forensic brochure for the BTP.
In a former life our creative director worked on numerous government white papers and annual reports including work for the Department Of the Environment, DARA and the Home Office.
We have produced four tour brochures for the long running Bootleg Beatles. The unique challenge here was to create entertaining and good looking pages from often poor quality source imagery. This meant lots of retouching and rebuilding of old 35mm slides and faded photographic prints into usable digital images.
A niche company producing fiendishly clever puzzles and games required an equally mind bending logo. Taking inspiration from an impossible shape we created something both memorable and relevant.
Ideas, design skills, good typography and a fair amount of illustration work fill our days. Ned's Head is a childrens book our creative director has conceived written and illustrated.
Over the years we have worked for many blue chip clients on everything from packaging to 48 sheet posters, shop fronts to web icons. Just a few of those projects are pictured here. No matter how big or small the client or the job we treat every project with the same care and attention.
A selection of smaller jobs we have been involved with for start-ups, sole traders and small business owners. Sometimes our clients just need a logo and a business card, nothing more. That doesn't mean that we treat them any differently or spend any less time getting to know them. After all, the more we understand the better the final solution.
